With 10′ between housing x 40″ backgauge, this press brake provides greater speed, accuracy and complex bends that other metal formers just can’t do.

At NEL, we have the expertise to create the bent contours on compound angles on this laser cut piece. This guard is part of a larger assembly.
This press brake formed part can be made out of aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel. The key feature of this part was to create the bends without distorting the hole beyond tolerance.
This bracket is laser cut and bent using the press brake forming tool. We developed custom tooling to create bends. This product also features tack welding and weather coating powder coating.
This galvanized piece features laser cutting, press brake forming and stamped molding.
This OEM component part is made from mild steel, stainless steel and 1095 steel. It is laser cut, press brake formed and features the use of custom tooling. These parts are tumble polished and/or powder coated.
This 3/4" bent steel sample piece utilizes custom tooling and press brake forming to create the heavy bend. In-house custom tooling can cut the production costs.
