Our laser job shop processes a wide variety of materials including laser cutting sheet metal, stainless, aluminum, armor plate, composite, and exotics including titanium and hastelloy. Utilizing state-of-the-art CNC laser cutting equipment and over 20 years laser cutting experience, Northeast Laser delivers fast laser cutting services at highly competitive prices.
In addition to laser cutting, our production job shop provides press brake forming services. We provide complex bending and forming projects that other metal forming company’s turn down, talk to the metal forming technical staff at Northeast Laser. We provide production forming on a wide variety of metals including mild steel up to 1.00”, armor plate, aluminum, stainless and exotic metal forming such as titanium, Inconel and hastelloy.
We provide production laser cutting and precision metal forming across nearly all manufacturing industries including OEMs, machine tool manufacturers, in addition to working with other manufacturers that rely on our expertise.

If you have a part but do not have drawings, we can also provide reverse engineering services. We can work with virtually any 2D or 3D CAD files but preferred formats are:

Examples of our Production Job Shop Products
This antenna production part was in production for a few years. It features a gusset in a bend. The processes used on this 12 gauge steel was laser cutting, formed, and secondary formed.
This bracket is laser cut and bent using the press brake forming tool. We developed custom tooling to create bends. This product also features tack welding and weather coating powder coating.
This multi-step product is made from mild steel and is laser cut and bent. We developed custom tooling to create the extrusions, gussets and ribs. This piece also showcases a spot welded nut that was resistance welded.
This stainless steel laser cutting example is a simple ratchet gear with lock and splines. It is made from 3/8" stainless steel laser cut.
At NEL, we have the expertise to create the bent contours on compound angles on this a laser cut piece. This guard is part of a larger assembly.
This laser cut bracket was manufactured from mild steel and stainless steel. The processes used were laser cutting, press brake formed, gusseted, and resistance welding.
This intricate panel assembly is made from 20 gauge, laser cut steel and required 5 forming operations to create the bend. It was then powder coated.
Narrow opening with return leg 3 times opening width. Custom tooling and design manufactured in house.
Heavy gauge form, print to part achieved entirely in house.
